Blacksail Harbor Ruins
Description
Blacksail Harbor is an ancient landing site on the Isle of Siptah. It has been historically frequented by sailors from Khemi and was the initial landing point for Siptah. The harbor is home to several notable inhabitants, including undead hyenas, skeletons, four legendary skeletons, and one legendary wight.
