Description
Coldheart Ruins is a camp of the Accursed Faction on the Isle of Siptah. It is located close to the Asylum of the Outsiders Vault.
Two Sorcerers and several different Thralls spawn here, as well as the occasional T4 Fighter

Additional Notes
Siptah’s Journal #2 is near the campfire on the west side of the docks.
The five legendary bosses are a great source of Fragments of Power.
