On the second floor of Vernworth Castle. It can only be accessed at night.

You must access this location as part of the main storyline quests. Make sure to acquire the Marcher Armor set from the Guardroom next to the castle, as you’ll need the helmet, pants, and chest armour to blend in and infiltrate the castle safely. You can also get a full set of marcher armor from the Market square in Vernworth city.
