Location
Inside the bank vault at the University Credit Union, which can only be accessed after unlocking a Novice-locked terminal. Once inside, proceed into the basement to access another Novice-locked terminal, then open a Master-locked safe in front of you to find a button. After pressing it, the weapon will be on a table in the newly-opened room. The weapon’s attachments (and stats) are randomised.
