Location

After boarding the Yangtze, speak to Zao and offer to help him, then choose the following speech options:

• Ask for money (easy speech check)
• More money (medium speech check)
• Even more money (difficult speech check)

After completing the Here There Be Monsters quest, the sword is given as a reward.
