Flying reptile that grew in size as a means of increasing its survivability. Although it developed a few distinctly avian features over the course of its evolution—its legs, in particular—the quetzalcoatl has otherwise retained a primarily reptilian physiology.

Winged reptile that soars around Steyliff Grove. It will occasionally venture outside the ruins and inadvertently wreak havoc on houses, causing alarm among the citizenry and the Hunters. A territorially minded creature, the quetzalcoatl defends its home while respecting the domains of its brethren, refusing to encroach upon their respective spaces.
