Description
To uncover a secret near the Rock of Ravatogh after completing the game, visit the eastern part of 
Lestallum at night or after 9 pm. Eavesdrop on a conversation between two retired thieves through a nearby window to acquire information, then head to a settlement to learn more. Accessing the location requires the Regalia Type-F, which you can use to fly north of Ravatogh. Travel north from there to find the dungeon, which only opens at night.
