Confetti Vibe Headwear

Description

A tiny cone hat, personally wrapped with a light purple ribbon by Pegobo. She once tried to modify it into a mini Confetti Cannon. She hoped that the cannon could propel all wishes up into the sky, to be heard by the stars.
