Players can collect Severed Hands by collecting them from PvP battles. Defeating another player will award these items, which you can then donate at the Shrine of Adyr, which is a vestige in Fitzroy’s Gorge, accessible by the Umbral pathway from the bridge you fight the Ravager Boss. From there, cross over, climb up the ladder, and run towards the shrine at the back of the road guarded by a few hell dogs and archer type enemies to reach the shrine and the vestige.
