Baroque Works Millions Alabasta Enemies

Description

Employees of the secret criminal organization Baroque Works. They are known by the BW tattooed on their bodies. They are common soldiers assigned no numbers or codenames, and simply follow the orders of the agents. They are partly responsible for the evil deeds of their superiors, but are far down the chain. Most of their orders are things that can’t be called crimes, like delivering packages and spreading rumors. There are some who get jealous and do their own evil deeds in hopes of promotion.
