"Land Karate" Rikaon Alabasta Enemies

Description

A practitioner of Land Karate, which he insists is the
strongest martial art on land. He sees himself as a
rival of Fish-Man Karate. He wants to expand his
school, but his crude and stingy manner repels students.
He gives demonstrations in every town to show the
strength of his school and attract students, but he is
unable to hold back and has caused accidents, which put
a bounty on his head. He has an unreciprocated hatred
of Jinbe, one of the Seven Warlords of the Sea and
master of Fish-Man Karate. He has some King Fu Dugongs
he defeated in Alabasta as his pupils, but is having
trouble because they don’t understand him.
