In a room beneath the hanging bus. Shoot the padlock to gain access to a keypad, then keep the symbol you see next to it in mind - it’s scratched onto four vehicles in the scrapyard to the south-east, and their license plates will tell you the code.

If you’d rather save yourself some time, put in code 5578 to access another room where the gun is on a shelf.

Inside a locked garage. To reach it, get on the roof via a truck at the north-eastern edge of the garages, then walk along the row to find a broken roof. Drop down, crouch through a hole in the wall, and you’ll find the gun near a car engine.

Inside a locked room in the north-western corner of the hospital. To gain access, climb over the half-wall near the door.

Inside a locker in one of the tunnel camp’s locked rooms. You’ll need to progress through the main story to gain access to it.

Inside a locker, found soon after clearing out the underground base’s first large room and proceeding through a few corridors. Can only be accessed during a late-game main quest.

Found under a table deep in the underground base, inside an armory you’ll enter soon after navigating an anomaly-filled storage room. Can only be accessed during a late-game story mission.
