Emergency Shelter Surface Location
In-game Description
This underground vault used to be an emergency shelter for the royal family. To enter this vault, speak with 
Scorpis in the center of the settlement and he will open it up, allowing you to drop inside and access the bed, cooking pot, a 
Goddess Statue and some early starting weapons.
