Inside a cave that is accessed via the basement of the 
Hanse Base to the south. Use the 
Eye of Nehaleni to dispell an illusion in its courtyard, then search the corridors beneath.
You’ll soon find a 
Power crystal and a small switch that opens a hidden room. This reveals a chest with 
Moreau’s journal, and reading it will prompt you to place the crystal nearby and use 
Aard on it.
The portal will take you to the cave where a level 40 Golem and the diagrams await.
