Sold by Roah Moonglow in Moonrise Towers. She needs to survive Act 1, where it is possible to accidentally kill Roah as she becomes Temprary Hostile if you fight the Goblins or her Zhentarim Allies. Roah does leave the Shattered Sanctum when Minthara is killed, and shall reappear here if that is the case.

Notes / Other Information

Arguably, the BiS Paladin chest piece in the game if you use your Oath Charges often. Otherwise, there are better Heavy armor pieces to come in Act 3, like Armour of Persistence.
