Effects/Special Abilities

• Damp Aegis: During Combat, once per turn, the clock grants the wearer Water Layer Protection until the wearer takes damage.

• Water Layer Protection: Prevents Bruning, and grants resistance to Fire damage, but makes you Vulnerable to Lightning and Cold damage.

Location / Where to Find

Inside the chest within the restricted room of the Water Queen’s House in the Lower City. There is a guard on either side of the door, so you will likely need to be invisible to steal this without fighting the entire coven of clerics. (X: -245, Y: -250)
