You will have to deliver a strange and mysterious message that seems to be from Zarpedon. Go to Eleseer and use the fast travel station to go to Triton Flats (better than traveling all the way back to the top of Tycho’s Ribs). Grab a vehicle if you want and head to the waypoint on your map, where you’ll find a NPC on the ground.
Clear out the Scavs in the area, then talk to Hanna on the ground.
Of course, some Scavs will show up, who you will have to kill, so do that and then talk to the NPC. She says that you’ll need to deliver that message to a girl in black at the Up Over Bar in Concordia. Once you get there, you’ll need to find a NPC named Brittania, who should be across from where Moxxi’s usually standing behind the bar. Give her the ECHO, listen to it, then talk to her again to finish the mission.
