Description

A member of the Gargoyle family, the Evilgoyle is a tiny, tiny step up from the Gargoyle, having more HP and slightly higher stats. That said, it largely shares the same spells, including Drain Touch, Firaga, Thundaga, Barrier and Cura. New to the list is Graviga, which will reduce your HP by 50%, making it the monster’s most dangerous attack. If it runs out of MP, it’ll use Osmose to steal your own. While it has a fairly wide array of spells at its disposal, its MAG score isn’t terribly high - using MBarrier to reduce the damage it can do will go a long way. You’ll encounter this enemy in the final dungeon in Chapter 10, as well as in Missions 7-3-1 and 8-3-4.
