How to Acquire

• Available during the main story of Chapter 7.
• In Sector 5 Slums, follow the boy around and collect the other parts.
• Return to the area just outside the church and look for the lone shiny object - a Shinra Mask - on the ground. Inside will be the How to Build a Wagon instructions.
