How to Acquire

• Available during Chapter 4.
• Talk to the researcher in the Exhibit Room of the Shinra Building to receive the Mission 2-1-6: Truth in the Wasteland.
• Complete M2-1-6 and return to the researcher who will then give you the Mythril Tools.
