• This Amulet can be dropped by cannibals in the Galtmaa Bushlands area of the Untamed Scarps in the Dry Steppes.

In-Game Description

I found what appears to be a traveler’s protection amulet. Someone at the Yinsuk Shrine in Jirandai may be interested in this.
