Bolts from the Blue Daggers

Description

Blades uncovered within a shrine of eld. Once the crowns of longer weapons, they were reforged as daggers and given a lightning enchantment.

How to find / Location

Inside a unique chest in the Windowrn Gully cave, located to the north of Checkpoint Rest Town in a cave in the cliffs.
