Following the Great War, the park fell into disrepair, with a soldier utilizing one of the trailers as his home, eventually succumbing to death. Feral ghouls now roam the area, with one settler making a distress call for assistance before his demise.

Layout

The estate comprises a small cul-de-sac featuring eight trailers surrounding the leasing office, which overlooks a pool. Notable features include a live glowing one in the northeast trailer and a hidden underground shelter west of the pool. The area also contains crafting stations and safes, offering various utilities for explorers.
