Fairline Hill Estates Ruins
Description
Fairline Hill Estates, once an upscale gated community, now lies in ruins in the Commonwealth. Since the Great War, it has been a haven for scavenger and raider gangs, with its recent inhabitants mysteriously vanishing. The neighborhood is now overrun by yao guai and feral ghouls, while evidence of past habitation remains scattered throughout.
Layout
The layout consists of six houses surrounding a central playground, with yao guai roaming the area. Each house offers minor loot, with one containing a floor safe underneath an upstairs bed and another featuring a safe on the ground floor. The northwest house, barred from the inside, reveals signs of habitation, including a rifle trap and a chained-up room housing feral ghouls.
To the northwest lies Eleanor’s trailer home, where a note can be found detailing her dealings. Nearby, in the woods east of Eleanor’s home, her dog Teddy is found captive in a cage, surrounded by hostile hunters.
Notable Loot
- Eleanor’s note: Found on a table in Eleanor’s trailer home.
- Creation Club Detective’s coat and fedora: Retrieved from B-263’s corpse.
- Creation Club Early Retirement: Also found on B-263’s corpse.
Notes
- A jump scare sound is triggered when approaching from the west or north.
- The layout of Fairline Hill Estates bears a resemblance to the neighborhood in the Tranquility Lane simulation, featuring a similar roundabout layout with a playground at the center and six houses positioned around it.
