The House of Tomorrow Unmarked Locations
Description
The House of Tomorrow is an unmarked location within Sanctuary Hills in the Commonwealth of Fallout 4. It serves as the former home of the Sole Survivor and their family, featuring an open-plan layout.
Background / History
Before the Great War, the House of Tomorrow was the residence of the Sole Survivor, their spouse Nate/Nora, and their son Shaun. They lived there together with their robot helper, Codsworth, who managed household chores and helped raise Shaun. The family evacuated to Vault 111 following news of nuclear attacks on October 23, 2077, leaving Codsworth behind. After the Great War, Codsworth continued maintaining the home, waiting for his owners to return for 210 years.
Upon emerging from Vault 111, the Sole Survivor discovers the ruins of Sanctuary Hills and reunites with Codsworth, who guides them toward Concord in search of help to find their missing son, Shaun. The Sole Survivor may also help Preston Garvey and a group of refugees establish a settlement in the neighborhood, including in the House of Tomorrow.
