A Rare Card Lost is a side quest in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth available in Chapter 2. It takes place in the Grasslands area and involves helping Vash retrieve his lost rare card, 107 Chocobo & Moogle.

How to Start / Where to Find

This side quest becomes available after obtaining a Chocobo in Chapter 2. Players can pick it up from the Community Noticeboard in Kalm.

Availability

Unlocks after completing the Break in the Saddle Main Objective (after obtaining a Chocobo).

Strengthened Relationship with Tifa, 10 Party EXP, Player EXP (scaled to your level), Queen’s Blood Card: Chocobo & Moogle.

Mission Overview:

Vash, the bartender, seeks assistance in reclaiming his lost rare card, Chocobo & Moogle. Your task is to prove your skill in Queen’s Blood by defeating various opponents to retrieve the card.

Objectives:

Prove Your Skill to Vash: Challenge Vash to a game of Queen’s Blood and emerge victorious.
Track Down Virgil: Locate Virgil at the clocktower and defeat him in a Queen’s Blood match.
Track Down Thorin: Visit Thorin’s Card Shop northeast of Kalm, defeat Thorin, and obtain the rare card.
Deliver the Card: Return to Vash at The Rusty Arrow and deliver the reclaimed card.

Additional Information

Booster packs with better cards can be purchased from an Item Vendor in Kalm to improve chances of winning matches.
Consider buying the Titan and Fat Chocobo cards from Thorin to enhance your deck before challenging him.
Completing this side quest strengthens the relationship with Tifa and grants experience points.
