Faith Buffs

Description

When active, the Faith status effect increases the power of magical attacks. Some enemies can even apply this effect to themselves.

Methods of Application

• Equip the Empowerment Materia at its maximum level.

Opposing Effect

The Defaith and Faith status effects both impact magical attack damage, and cannot be active at the same time.

Notes

The Faith status effect works best when applied to a character that excels at dealing damage with spells. It’s not as useful when given to a character that focuses on hitting things physically.
