Stop Debuffs
Description
Stop incapacitates the affected character, rendering them unable to take any actions for the duration of the status effect. This complete halt in activity can significantly disrupt the affected character’s contribution to the battle, leaving them vulnerable to enemy attacks.
Methods of Application
Stop status can be applied through:
- Stop spell unlocked by equipping Time Materia.
- Certain enemy abilities or environmental effects.
Effects
- Renders the affected character unable to act for the duration of the status effect.

- Opposes Haste status, and the two overwrite each other.
