Perpetouss Keep Imperial Bases

Description

Perpetouss Keep is a Niflheim military base. This area was initially closed off, but Noctis and friends can visit the base during the Adventurer from Another World Event Quest.

This Keep appears to be where the author of the Omega Files was stationed, due to penning the files with the Perpetouss Troop name at the end of every report.
