How to Find this Item
You can obtain Gnat Jerky by defeating any 
Gnat variant. When you harvest their remains, you’ll receive some 
Raw Gnat Meat for your troubles. Place that over a Jerky Rack to dry out the meat to obtain Gnat Jerky. These passive insects can be found buzzing around the Flooded Zone biomes, although you can find them almost anywhere in the yard. Also, 
Gnat Fuzz can drop from different variants of Gnats such as the Infected Gnat, and 
Meaty Gnat. Finally, you may find some stuck in Web Sacs should you be so lucky.
