One of the minigames in Like A Dragon Gaiden involves going to some Cabaret Clubs and spending time with the Hostesses there. Ayu is one of the two Hostesses you will find at Club Heavenly, the club in Sotenbori. You will visit that place as part of the story, where you can freely spend time there after the fact.
