To unlock this achievement, you must use a Fishing Harpoon to catch some fish. The easiest way to do this is by taking the Harpoon from the beach of Cierzo in the starting region of the game. Once you have it, you can follow the coast line to find numerous shoals of fish. A more detailed description of where to find the Harpoon can be found here.
