Text Adventures are one of the collectibles in the game and chronicle the autobiography of the alien leader, Zinyak. There’s only eight in the game and you can go through them like a text adventure game. Although there’s a clear path through each one, picking a wrong answer simply returns to the previous question. You don’t really have to go through the text adventures, though, but they’re there for the curious.

The Text Adventures are small computers in the simulation and can be hard to find without the Collectible Finder reward.

It’s best to wait until you rescue Matt Miller during the story mission, Matt’s Back , to start collecting the Text Adventures. This is because his side missions unlock upon completing that mission and the reward for his first one, The Pledge , is the Collectible Finder. This pinpoints the location of ALL collectibles on your map.

Whenever you look at your map from the HUB, you will see that you can select Collectibles on the big map, which will highlight all of them and make them easier to find. The Text Adventures are represented by a computer icon on your map.
