Energy Bar Food

Description

The Energy Bar is one of the first sources of snacks that you’ll acquire in Sons of the Forest. You should have at least one from the containers that you loot from the helicopter crash at the beginning of the game, but you can find them throughout the map at abandoned dig sites and underground facilities. They’re a good source of food which you can use in emergencies!
