Return to the Rodo Apartments and talk to the man in room 303 on 3F to see the sub-event The Otherworld Reactor Plan and then head to the 2F and talk to Balan to rest for a long scene.
Watch the skit Musing About Muzet and then return to the Rodo Apartments and head to the group of gossiping women to learn more about Alvin and his family and complete the event line.
Devils Beast: Melanbron¶
Similar to the previous boss fight as far as strategy goes, keep him knocked out with Aqua Sweep , which he is also weak to. Using Rowen and his water artes (or Alvin and his Aqua Sweep-linked Chain) is a good idea for this battle as well.
This is probably one of the easiest Devil’s Beasts, but just make sure to guard or run when he goes underground.
Rosalle Highroad¶
Warp to the Dimensional Beach and approach the portal for a scene. Afterwards, approach again and enter the crossroads.
