Inside the 
Ancient Zora Waterworks.
After completing the Water Temple, return to the waterworks.
In the northern area, the water has been drained. Towards the far north, there’s a hole in the ground that you can fall through.
Downstairs, there’s a 
Stone Talus (Luminous). Past the Talus is a waterfall; behind this is a chest containing the 
Zora Greaves.
