In-game Description

A Bubbul Gem collector on a quest to find Bubbul Gems. If you complete the side quest The Hunt for Bubbul Gems at Pico Pond, you will then begin The Search for Koltin Side Quest.

He will trade you Bubbul Gems for various monster disguises.

Complete the initial The Hunt for Bubbul Gems quest and return to him to begin The Search for Koltin questline.

He appears either here or at Tarrey Town at night (around 10:30pm) to trade Bubbul Gems for gear.
