Survivor :
To defeat 75 enemies in a row without dying you need to first play on Easy and then choose a chapter with no jumping or climbing that may lead to death, as well as having a large number of enemies. We suggest you play the London Underground chapter to complete this.
Combat Leapfrog :
Defeating ten enemies while alternating hand-to-hand combat and gunplay isn’t hard, but in order to focus on which you should be doing, as well as not dying in the middle of a hand-to-hand section, you should play on Easy during one of the early chapters.
20 Headshots & 100 Headshots :
This isn’t difficult to get, as long as you focus on headshots throughout the game. Using weapons with scopes like the rifles or G-MAL will help with these trophies.
Headshot Expert :
Similar to the previous trophies that require headshots, you should use a scoped weapon. You can also play on Easy so you have plenty of time to focus your fire without being killed.
Side Arm Master :
This trophy, along with many others, can be gained by playing London Underground on Easy. Just remember to only use your pistol and DO NOT engage in hand-to-hand combat at any time and not to run out of ammo.
Reload Master :
The trick to this is to use a high capacity weapon so you do not run out of ammo while defeating an enemy and then reloading after EVERY kill.
Rolling Ammo Master :
This may sound simply, but any roll in which you do not pick something up will break the chain. That being said, ammo is vague and in fact you can roll over a weapon and pick it up with Triangle and then roll over the gun you dropped and pick it up. As long as you are picking up anything with ammo, it will count.
Blindfire Marksman :
You will likely get this as you play, simply because taking cover is something you will do all the time. That being said, you may have a habit of always aiming with L1 before you fire with R1. If you do not get this you should replay a chapter and just make sure that you do not aim first.
Run-and-Gunner :
It is best to use a shotgun or other powerful weapons when trying to get this trophy to make every bullet count as you run by and press R1. It really is a pain to run-and-gun with low power, multi-shot weapons.
Hangman :
You will be hanging off ledges, ladders, and pipes all the time in the game. Simply make sure that if you spot an enemy you shoot them while hanging.
Land Shark :
You will likely not get this trophy in your first playthrough unless you know it exists, purely because of the lack of water sections in this game. A good chapter to farm this is Abducted.
30 Kills :
These trophies are simply a grind-fest and you basically should just pay attention to what you are missing and try and use those guns when you play Hard or Crushing. Make sure you use EVERY bullet you get for some of those rare guns.
Pro-pain :
Your best bet is to use propane tanks, simply because you can throw them where you want rather than waiting for enemies to get near them. Since these are not overly common, you can find a chapter with one near the start and simply replay the checkpoint over and over.
Name | Description |
---|---|
Dyno-Might Master | Defeat 4 enemies with one explosion. |
Grenade Hangman :
Similar to Hangman, you will want to focus on throwing grenades while hanging rather than using your guns.
Drop the Bomb Hotshot :
You’ll likely get this on accident as you play through the game by simply shooting at enemies when they are about to throw a grenade your way, forcing them to drop it.
Throwback & Throwback Master :
When an enemy throws a grenade you will see a bar with a white section to the left of it. A line will start at the top and make its way down the bar. If you press Triange when the line is within the white area you will throw the grenade back. If you are lucky you will kill an enemy and if you are extra lucky you will kill two.
Bare-knuckle Brawler & Bare-knuckle Slugger :
These trophies are simply a matter of going in with hand-to-hand combat rather than guns. The good news is that fist fights, stealth kills and pull-downs all count to these trophies.
Master Ninja & Expert Ninja :
Defeating enemies before they spot you from behind will result in a stealth attack. You will likely use these a lot in the game, but getting five in a row may be difficult if you do not farm it. We suggest you farm Expert Ninja in The Citadel chapter.
Riot Rocker :
Riot Shield enemies are a pain in the ass to kill with guns, so rushing up and performing a melee attack is not only your best option, it will result in a one-hit kill. There is a limited number of Riot Shields in the same, so using a melee attack on each one you find is suggested. If you still need a few kills you can start Sink or Swim and kill the Riot Shield at the start of the chapter.

Thrillseeker & Buddy System:
Like most games with multiplayer, Uncharted 3 has trophies related to multiplayer. Luckily, Naughty Dog was nice enough to only requires you to complete one competitive and one co-op match, NOT WIN. This means that all you need to do is not leave or disconnect from a match and you are set.
