For this quest you must return to Athens. When you do so you will find it in a much worse state than what you left it. You should find Aspasia and speak with her, but as you head to the quest marker a cut scene will initiate in which Phoibe greets you and then runs off. You can now question Kleon and Sokrates about the state of Athens. When you are ready, seek out Aspasia and speak with her. She will ask you to speak with Perikles before she will speak to you about your mother. When you have spoken with Perikles return to Aspasia to complete the quest.
