Part 1: Locate¶
Once you begin this mission, you’ll want to work your way to the green objective marker. When you get close, it will do the usual transformation to a green search area in which we need to locate our target. At this point, you are going to want to reach a rooftop to make things easier (or go in swinging – it’s up to you!). To find our buddy, look in the alleyway between the buildings just to the west of the grenade crate icon. Use your Eagle vision to locate him and you’ll discover he’s got company.

Upon spotting them a short scene will play. Once it has run its course, we’ll need to kill the four attackers below. We can use a rope strung between rooftops here to air assassinate the pair standing guard. Afterwards, sneak up and double assassinate the other pair of guards harassing our buddy. Once they are all pushing up daisies, talk to the target.
Part 2: Escort¶
This section is quite short and has us protecting our ally as he wanders through the streets. As he does, he will walk through three green search areas. In each of these areas is an assassin that will attempt to kill him. You will need to use your Eagle vision to locate the assailant and kill him before he can attack our friend. The game will usually give you a 10 second timer to let you know when the bad guy is about to strike, so as long as you try to stay ahead of the escort and keep checking Eagle Vision, you should be all good!
From the start, head up the alley after our friend. The first assassin is at the first intersection ahead, leaning against a wall. Switch on your eagle vision to locate him and take him down. He’ll soon reach the second search area in which an assassin is blended with the crowd here, again Eagle Vision and a knife to the back will do wonders.
As you escort the target, there are opportunities for air assassinations on the first (left) and third (right) assailants.
In the third search area, the assassin will drop into a haystack directly in front of our friend, so keep an eye out and quickly dispatch him before he can make a nuisance of himself (if you are quick, you can use the cart in front to reach a branch that you can air assassinate him from).
When you reach the next courtyard a scene will play.
Part 3: Assassinate¶
For this next section, we need to track down and kill all 5 criminals in the square here. There is an objective to kill them all within a 2 minute time limit and don’t forget that if you still need to pick up those last few air assassinations for the first optional objective, these five bad guys are your last chance! You can find them in the following locations:
- A guard on the rooftop of the building directly opposite our ally’s house.
- At ground level, standing right beside the grenade ammo box.
- A guard standing in a small side alley next to a ladder, right below the roof where the first criminal was located.
- On the rooftop directly across the square from the door to our ally’s house, there is a rope lift tin the square to reach it quickly.
- Dressed as a guard again, this fellow is a short hop across to the adjacent rooftop from criminal number four.
The third target is in an alley (left). The fourth and fifth baddies can be found on the rooftop opposite the square from our friend’s house (right).
Once all of the bad guys have been dealt with, go and speak to our ally to end the memory.
