Purchasble from the Twin Maiden Husks in the Roundtable Hold for 3600 runes. You must first obtain the Smithing-Stone Miner’s Bell Bearing [4], gained by defeating the Godskin Duo in Crumbling Farum Azula.
You will also find these in large quantities as you reach the later areas of your journey, with Crumbling Farum Azula featuring plenty of them.
You can use these to strengthen your standard weapons to +24, at which poiny you’ll need the elusive Ancient Dragon Smithing Stone to bring a weapon to its max of +25.
