Needle Exchange & The Good Stuff
Plants are needed to craft syringes, which are displayed on the mini-map, whenever you’re in the vicinity of their locations. The plants are color coded and each syringe will require you to use a specific combination in order to craft them. The more common syringes used are Medicine (requires 2 Green Leaves) and Animal Repellant (2 Yellow Leaves).
Special Syringes are unlocked by collecting 30 and 40 Relics , with the first one being Untouchable at 30 Relics. Once you collect that amount, you will need the following combination of leaves, 5 Blue, 5 Green and 2 White. All you have to do is craft one special syringe.
Say Hi to the Internet
For this, you will need to head to the following coordinates, X: 619.7, Y: 559.4 . You should be on the beach and what you’re looking for is two dead bodies hanging from a tree. Nearby will be the head of someone sticking out of the sand and you will want to go up to it and interact with it, which will get your the trophy/achievement.
Heartless Pyro
The Flamethrower can be bought in the shop, but it also becomes free when you activate a total of five Radio Towers. Once you acquire one, you’ll need to kill a total of 50 enemies with it. This can either be done as you’re doing missions or by going to Outposts and killing enemies there. Note that you can reset Outposts after clearing them all, so it’s possible to always get this.
Love the Boom
The optional mission, Father’s Burden , is one place you can get this, but there’s another place, as well. Welshore Wrecker’s House outpost is another place, but takes a little bit of time to set up. You want to be seen here and have the enemies sound the alarm. Whenever the second jeep arrives (the one without a turret), shoot it with a RPG.
Rock Always Wins
During the game’s opening mission, you learn to throw rocks to distract enemies. In order for an enemy to be fully distracted, they need to move to where the rock landed. You’ll likely work on this as you go throughout the game, but it’s best to consciously think of this when doing outposts and in other encounters.
Never Saw It Coming
You will first need to purchase the Death From Above skill from the Heron skill tree. Once you do that, you’ll need to find a spot where you can drop on an enemy from above while using the zipline, glider or parachute. It might take a while to get it right, but one such place is during the Medusa’s Call story mission (it’s early in the game).
Make sure you use a rock to lure the enemy to where you can drop on him from the zipline in the mission. If you don’t use that, then keep an eye out for another opportunity when out in the wild.
Never Saw it Coming
Kill an enemy with a takedown from above from a glider, zipline or parachute (Single Player only).

Improper Use
Activating two Radio Towers will allow you to get the Repair Tool for free from the shop. Once you get it, find a group of pirates and kill all but one of them. Break out your Repair Tool and get close enough to use it on him. Keep using it on him until the enemy is dead.
Toxophilite
After activating three Radio Towers, you can get the Recurve Bow for free. Get that and then add the Marksman Sight to it. This will allow you to hit an enemy better whenever you get to the 70+ meters needed for the trophy/achievement. To help, find some enemies and mark their position on the map. Once their position has been marked, move away from them until you are at a distance of greater than 70 meters and shoot the enemy when he is standing still.
Island Paparazzi
When you bring out your camera, you can use it to tag enemies, which you know happens when they have an orange symbol over their heads. This allows you to track their movements wherever they go, even through walls. This should come naturally throughout the course of the game, as you should be tagging enemies all the time.
Fearless or Stupid
It’s a good idea to have a Deep Dive syringe before attempting this, as it’s possible you might die whenever you attempt this. Take a boat and find a dark blue spot in the ocean, which are probably the only spots where you can dive more than 60 meters. Inject yourself with the Deep Dive syringe, keep diving and watch out for the sharks.
