While you’re at the small plaza above the Culless Munitions - Altissia shop (the one with the octagonal fountain) Prompto may ask to take a photo of the palace. To do so, just head up near the Port West Station Gondola Station to find the photo spot.
Photo-Op: Park¶

Ride the Port West Station gondola to reach the plaza outside of the palace, where you’ll find a fountain adorned with a state of the Tidemother. Take a picture of your group standing near the statue to appease Prompto.

Explore the south-western end of Altissia, particularly the walkway adjacent to the canal opposite Maagho. This will provoke Prompto into asking you to take a photo at Maagho. Travel there via gondola and get a picture to finish this quest.
