The Interlude Chapter: Call of Beginnings is a new main story chapter added in Version 1.1 of Infinity Nikki.
A sudden disturbance shakes the world, plunging Nikki into a coma once more. This time, everything seems to point to the Heart of Infinity. Guided by a mysterious call, Nikki returns to the place where it all began. There, she encounters Ena and receives a final gift from the god, acquiring a new Miracle Outfit.
By completing this interlude chapter, you can unlock new nodes in the Heart of Infinity that allow you to obtain sketches for the 2nd Miracle Outfit, Silvergale’s Aria.
You must activate this node in the Heart of Infinity.
The game doesn’t fully explain how to start this interlude chapter though. What you need to do is unlock the newly added central node in the Heart of Infinity, Aurosa Makeup, which grants sketches for four new Makeup pieces:
After activating the node, there will be a short conversation and you’ll obtain this quest.
Afterwards, there will be a short dialogue between Nikki and Momo when you exit the screen, then you’ll obtain a new quest, Interlude Chapter: Call of Beginnings.
You must complete Fifteen Years, Echoes of Wishes to access the node.
Note that the Aurosa Makeup node is not available from the start. You must first complete Chapter 8, by painstakingly crafting the Wishful Aurosa outfit. Then also complete the World Quest 
Fifteen Years, Echoes of Wishes.
(If the node is still not available, try looking for more quests in the Wishing Wood, such as Major Treetop Renovation!)
