A fanatical servant of the Church of Luminance, his blind faith in the Light makes him the perfect candidate for Overseer of the Silver Mines. He is willing to look past the vile actions of the church, and even enforce them if it’s in the interest of what he believes is the greater good. Even if it means doing something he might never condone, such as forced labor, or exiling his beloved daughter.

Description

Sir Magnus the Overseer, a Level 66 V Blood Carrier, is located in the Sacred Silver Mine in Silverlight Hills. As a fanatical servant of the Church of Luminance, his blind faith in the Light makes him the ideal overseer of the mines. He enforces the church’s will, even if it means condoning forced labor or exiling his beloved daughter.

Magnus is found at the mouth of the mine, blocked by a gate that cannot be opened from the outside. Players must skirt the eastern edge of the mine’s perimeter and jump from a series of ledges to enter. To exit, Magnus must be defeated or sprinted past to open the gate with the interact key (F).

Defeating Sir Magnus grants a Tier 2 Spell Point and the spells Crystal Lance, Veil of Frost, and Frost Barrier. Players also unlock various large storage structures, including Large Material Storage, Large Gem Storage, Large Herb Storage, and more. Additionally, the Phantom’s Veil recipe is unlocked. Loot drops include Gold Jewelry, Tier 3 Jewels, Flawless Gems, and Exquisite Hearts.
