After you’ve earned 50 medals you can join Club Tortimer by purchasing the application form from the island gift shop (available occasionally).
Membership to Club Tortimer allows you to travel to a random island shared by people around the world or just in your own country.
You can reach this special island by telling Kapp’n you want to go to the Club Tortimer Island when you set off from your town.
The point of Club Tortimer is to hang out with like-minded strangers and just have fun or play island tours together.
Just be warned that the people there may not be your age range… Or worse, they may try and ruin the fun, by scaring away your bugs or fish.
For those with no interest in this type of socialising, there are items only found the Club Tortimer island gift shop that may be of value.
