This quest is acquired in the Forgotten Caverns during The Descent main quest. You need to find 5 entries for the chronicles throughout the Deep Roads and the Uncharted Abyss.

• The first entry is on the north side of the first bridge that you encounter in the Forgotten Caverns (this begins the quest)

• The second entry can be found at the bottom of the ledge when you reach the second (collapsed) bridge within the Forgotten Caverns.

• The third entry is located on a ledge within the Bastion of the Pure. As you enter the region, turn left and follow the path, keeping left, until you reach a cavern with numerous Cretahls. Continue following the path above them until you reach the ledge overlooking the entrance you came from. You’ll find the entry beside a barrel.

• The fourth entry is in the north east section of the Bastion of the Pure, found at the entrance to the chamber which leads to an Arcane Horror.

• The fifth entry can be found in the depths of a cliff in the north of the Bastion of the Pure. You will need to have completed the Expedition Table operation ‘Deep Roads Expeditions: Bastion of the Pure Excavation’ to reach it.
