During Intermission 1, you will be tasked with collecting ingredients for Chi-Chi, which are for a full-course meal. A Full-Course Meal is the best kind of meal in the game, as they give you the biggest increases for permanent stats, as well as the temporary buffs. While the first Full-Course Recipe is given to you as part of the main story, the rest of them have to be collected by you. There are two main ways to get new Full-Course Recipes, either as a reward from specific Substories or by finding certain NPCs out in the wild who will just give them to you. The NPCs will spout the word “recipe,” so that makes it easier to find them.
