Little Witch in the Woods

How to Brew Nutrition Potion

By
Seren Morgan-Roberts

This page offers a guide on how to learn and brew the Nutrition Potion in Little Witch in the Woods.

How to Get the Nutrition Potion Recipe

The Nutrition Potion Recipe can be purchased from Diane’s Witches’ Catalogue. It’ll cost 10 Luna Coins to buy the potion, so you may need to complete a potion delivery side quest for her or sell her some random potions to get the required amount of coins.

Once you’ve purchased the recipe, don’t forget to interact with it in your inventory to learn the recipe. You’ll then be able to access it in your encyclopedia.

The Nutrition Potion Recipe can be purchased from Diane.

For the Nutrition Potion, you’ll need Silver Starbell Pollen Extract, Maple Herb Extract and Bush Bug Extract.

How to Get Silver Starbell Pollen Extract

Silver Starbell Pollen can be harvested by Silver Starbells. They can be found in the Green Forest plains region but you can only harvest the pollen at night, when the plants are glowing blue. You’ll also need a Witch’s Bug Net to harvest the pollen - find out how to get one here. First, you’ll want to hit the Silver Starbell with your net, then when the pollen flies up, throw your net down a second time to catch it.

Silver Starbell Pollen is obtained with a net from the Silver Starbells at night.

How to Get Maple Herb Extract

Maple Herb Extract can be extracted from Maple Herbs. Maple Herbs are a pretty common herb found hanging on vines in the Green Forest Plateau area. They are brown in color and can be harvested both day and night. To make the extract, you’ll need x2 Maple Herbs.

Maple Herbs are found on vines hanging off the cliffs.

How to Get Bush Bug Extract

Head out to the Green Forest Plains and search for shaking bushes. Then, shake it and wait for a bush bug to pop out. You’ll be able to use your net to catch the bush bug. Once oyu have two bush bugs, place them in the Extractor to make Bush Bug Extract.

Once you have all ingredients, you’ll want to place them in the cauldron and then set the fire to Stage 3 and then set the ladle to stir right.

What Can You Use the Nutrition Potion For?

Nutrition Potions can be used for a few different things. Firstly, as you saw in the tutorial with Diane, they can be used to harvest Bird Flowers from Sprout Birds.

You can also use Nutrition Potions to grow beanstalks. Simply throw a nutrition potion at the stump of a beanstalk to grow it. This can be used to cross into new areas and secret places.
