From the Hex Maniac, head back to the Fairy Tale Girl. Go south-east from her to the boulder. Push it into the hole with Strength then use your Dowsing Machine to find the nearby Revive . Once you have it, head west back into the nearby cave. Follow the path along until you reach a boulder. When you do, push it into the hole.
You’re now back at the start and have an easy way in and out. Don’t worry about healing though. Now head back to the Fairy Tale Girl. Head north and when you see the breakable wall to your east, go over and Rock Smash it. Just west of the tower is a PP Up . Head back to the Hex Maniac and continue east.
You’ll bump into a Pokémon Ranger who will heal you (and your Pokémon) whenever you need it. Yay! Head north-east from them and grab the Quick Ball from behind the altar. Once you have it, head south. As you’re moving through the gate, you’ll be stopped. It’s your rival. You know what your rival wants!

After defeating your rival, they’ll hand you some Max Revives and be quite sappy. After a beautiful moment they’ll run off. Heal back up by talking with the Pokemon Ranger, then continue south through the gate. When the path splits east and west, head west first. You’ll see a breakable wall.
Use Rock Smash on it then pick the Zinc Up that was behind it. Now head back to where the paths split. This time take the path east and enter the door when you reach it. You’re back in the caves. Head east up the stairs and you’ll bump into a Ranger. It’s time to shine!
Trainer Battle: Pokemon Ranger Petra¶
Now, you need to choose between two ledges leading south. Take the east one of the two. Now take the ledges south until you reach stairs. Head up them and follow them to an exit out of the cave. Out here, use your Dowsing Machine to find a Pretty Wing . From there, head north to find a Max Elixir .
Next, slide down the ramp leading west here, back down to the level below. Head back inside the cave and navigate your way back to the Pokémon Ranger. Hop across the east ledge leading south again. Jump off the next two south ledges after that, then take the ledge leading east. Use your Dowsing Machine here to find an Escape Rope .
Now hop over the ledge leading east and run up the stairs. You have three paths: to head north, to head south, or to head east up the next flight of stairs. Let’s head north first. Use your Dowsing Machine as you’re heading north to find a Max Repel . Once you have it, head on around to the Veteran here. Take her ass down!

Once you have her beat, head west. When you reach the end you’ll see that you can slide down a ramp leading south, or one leading west. Take the south one down. Jump south over the next ledge and grab the Dragon Fang here.
Once you have it, jump south again then head east up the stairs. You’re back where you were. This time let’s take the south path. You’ll find a Pokémon Ranger here, circling a ditch. Catch his attention to catch a battle.

Once you beat him, head past him to find a Full Restore behind. Now head back to the point where you chose to take the path south. This time take the path east and take on the Veteran at the top of the stairs.
Trainer Battle: Veteran Gerard¶
Head south from the Veteran and use Strength to push the boulder into the hole. Follow the path that was created all the way back and you’ll see another boulder. Push this one into the hole too. This will create another shortcut should you ever need it! Now head back to the Veteran and head east out through the door.
Outside, go south to the Artist. You’re getting close now!

Head south-west from the Artist using your Dowsing Machine and you’ll be able to find a hidden X Defense . Travel south over the bridge and you’ll bump into yet another trainer.
Trainer Battle: Ace Trainer Michele¶
Continue west, then north onto the bridge. At the end of it, use Surf to head out onto the water. Move north-east to the waterfall. Use Waterfall and head on up, now that you can! At the top, surf as far north as possible. At the end there’s some land that you can land on to your east. Head onto it then take the Hiker on there.
Trainer Battle: Hiker Corwin¶
Turn your Dowsing Machine on and head east. Use it to find the hidden Max Ether . Head north over to the TM. Pick it up also. It’s TM02 - Dragon Claw ! Head back down the waterfall and head west to the entrance to the cave. Head on in. It’s the last part of Victory Road! Once inside, Surf north to the land.
Once there, continue walking north. There’s a Veteran you’ll be challenged by.
